For folks wanting a quality humidifier that you can use without having to download an app, Levoit’s hybrid HV600HH model is the one to get.
You can control it via its included remote control, so you won’t have to get up from your couch or bed (you can also use its front control panel if you’re already standing up!). Like the 4505S model, this one can emit both warm and cool mists to take you more comfortably from season to season.
Its 6-liter tank enables the machine to mist for up to 36 hours straight, and it’s designed without disposable filters, which will help you keep more of your money in your pocket by not having to buy replacements.
Even without an app, the HV600HH includes an auto-mode feature thanks to its built-in humidity sensor that detects your humidity levels and adjusts its output accordingly.
Best for spaces from 430-753 square feet, this model sports a bottom-fill design along with aromatherapy capabilities. You can grab it in white or black, and it comes with a preinstalled aroma pad, a preinstalled absorption pad and a cleaning brush.
Promising reviews: “This unit is extremely effective and soothing. It’s remarkably user friendly to initially set up and operate. I live in a notoriously dry desert climate and a humidifier is essential for adding some moisture to the air in our house. This has helped so much with dry sinuses, and especially for sleeping at night. I appreciate that it holds a large amount of water, and you can sleep through the night without worrying that it will run out. It literally makes no noise whatsoever–the only light noise I noticed is if the warm mist element is heating up it made a slight sound. The remote is a super nice feature for being able to adjust it at a distance. I love it and highly recommend.” — Elizabeth
